Please email us at info@sylvesterathome.com so we can process your return. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. All sale items are final. Your return item must be in sellable condition and accompanied by the original receipt or a copy.
We will issue you a credit for your return, which must be used within 60 days. No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders. Antiques are sold as is.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling on returns is the responsibility of the customer.

UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. We MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
